To embed a You tube Video in this Forum just paste the URL of the page in:

"Starship Groove" - Animusic.com

And there are extra controls along the bottom! the button in the lower right puts it FULL screen!

and did you know you can save You Tube videos by typing kick in front of youtube in the URL?  I found that here:  http://softwaresanta.com/smf/index.php?topic=1987.0 Just don't download any "Codecs" from their Advertisers!
