America's Pot Schizophrenia

The US is a country divided by drug laws. In Colorado, cannabis is legal and since the start of the year a flourishing industry has sprung up around its recreational use. In Missouri it is a very different story. Jeff Mizanskey was sentenced to life without parole after his third marijuana offense. He's been behind bars for 20 years. Even the state prosecutor says the punishment is unusually harsh.
